- All members of the Jump-A-Roo Team have been thoroughly screened and have a Missouri Background Check.
- All members of the Jump-A-Roo Team will be professional and in uniform.
- All inflatables will be clean and in good condition.
- All Jump-A-Roo Team members will arrive in a timely manner to set-up your inflatable.
- All renters will receive the Safety Rules for proper use of the inflatables.
- All renters will receive a contract confirming their party date and time.
- All renters will be given the opportunity to reschedule in the event of inclement weather or cancellations (restrictions apply).
- All of our inflatables are a minimum of 15x15 (the size of your jump does matter).
- All jumps have roofs to provide the children with shade.
- All jumps are netted all the way around.
- All delivery and set-up is included with the rental fee.
- All renters will be given the opportunity to receive a referral bonus.
- All concerns will be handled by management in a timely manner.
